Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

As Housekeeping Staff, your primary objective is to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to an exceptional standard, creating a safe and welcoming environment. Your typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Comprehensive Cleaning: Performing thorough cleaning of rooms, offices, lobbies, and communal areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
• Sanitisation & Hygiene: Meticulously cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and kitchenettes, replenishing supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and towels, and ensuring all hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Waste Management: Responsible for the collection, segregation, and disposal of waste and recycling from designated areas in accordance with site policies and environmental regulations.
• Stock Control: Monitoring and maintaining adequate levels of cleaning materials and equipment, reporting low stock to the supervisor to ensure seamless operations.
• Reporting & Communication: Promptly reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards discovered during cleaning duties to the relevant manager or site contact.
• Special Projects: Assisting with periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing, window cleaning, or high-level dusting, as required by the client.
