Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Delivering Exceptional Guest Services: Acting as the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome, answering enquiries, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience from check-in to departure. This role is the heartbeat of hospitality, requiring a proactive and helpful attitude.

- Team Coordination & Communication: Working collaboratively under the direction of a Housekeeping Supervisor or departmental manager. Effective communication with colleagues across different departments (reception, kitchen, maintenance) is crucial for seamless service delivery.
- Adherence to Safety & Compliance: Strictly following all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including COSHH and food safety standards. Ensuring all work is carried out in a safe manner, protecting yourself, colleagues, and guests.
Essential Requirements & Skills
- Proven Hospitality Experience: A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role within hotels, restaurants, events, or catering. A genuine passion for the service industry is non-negotiable.
- Outstanding Customer Service Ethos: The innate ability to be polite, patient, and professional under pressure. You should be a natural problem-solver who can handle guest requests and minor complaints with grace and efficiency.
