Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Erecting, altering, and dismantling various types of scaffolding structures (tube and fitting, system scaffolding) in accordance with design drawings, industry regulations (SG4:22), and site-specific risk assessments.

- Substantial, verifiable experience as a Scaffolder on UK construction sites, with a strong understanding of scaffolding methods and safety protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, including Working at Height Regulations 2005, and a genuine commitment to safe working practices.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at height, in all weather conditions, and handle heavy materials and equipment manually.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions precisely and work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Own basic tools and PPE (hard hat, steel-toe boots, harness) are required. A full UK driving licence is advantageous for travel between sites in the Brighton region.
